Physical Fitness

“A Sound mind in a sound body”- These Golden words were rightly grasped by our founders with the prime goal of creating healthy citizens, who inculcated into our students the sense of physical fitness. The students are regularly trained to do physical exercise for 15 minutes every day after prayer. The pride rests on the fact that this regular practice has its origin in the year of founding, and is consistently and uncompromisingly given to all the students. This energises them and promotes the secretion of endorphins that charge them to target their activities during the rest of the day.

Further the students actively engage in marathons, walkathons etc. Our institution is actively involved in Nationwide FIT INDIA movement. The students are regularly habituated to sit in SUKASANA during their assembly which accelerates the circulation of blood.
